"Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. "After living in our Toll Brothers home for 12 years we were fed up with the poorly functioning heating and air conditioning in our upstairs bedrooms.  We had made several repairs and modifications to the system over the years, but none helped.  We were considering moving because the upstairs bedrooms were so uncomfortable in the summer and winter.  We must have talked to 5 different HVAC contractors.  We asked Climatic for an estimate to repair or replace, if necessary, our upstairs unit.  Sonny Swann came out and gave us an estimate.  He suggested we replace everything in order to make the system and duct work finally work as it should.  We signed off and agreed to all his suggestions.  I told him that this was mission impossible, but he remained convinced that he could make it work.  Well he did it!
