After getting HOA approval, I coordinated with Exterior Medics on when the work could be started. The group of roofers I had worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves very well. I am very pleased with the results, and I would highly recommend Exterior Medics!"

"Overall, I was very satisfied with the job. I had 3 bids on the work and they were less than half the price of one bid. The other bid was slightly more than Amazing but they had never done this type of job before. Amazing had done 50 of these kinds of jobs. They came out and took a look and gave me a price. They came back for the installation and there were no issues. It was a 2 story install in a tight area. He did an excellent job of getting it between the existing piping with only a 1/2 inch tolerance. It works like a charm! The kitchen is much brighter due to the new solar tube."

He gave us a free quote, a full scope description, and pictures of issue areas. After we signed the contract, the Keith team came out the next week to complete the work. "Docherty Roofing was the most impressive company to respond to my request for a roof replacement. They were the first company to show up and provide us an estimate. John was professional and very knowledgeable, not to mention efficient as a quote was provided on the spot. They also offered a competitive warranty. John is an excellent salesman but did not try to force me into selecting his company. I interviewed a few other companies over a 4 week span and Docherty roofing still remained the most impressive. I provided the deposit and shortly after, the dumpster was delivered and they began working on my roof. Johnâ s team was also wonderful at keeping me informed and cleaning up after the job was done. They even blew away the leaves in my yard! I waited a bit to write this review and so far I have not experienced any leaks from my roof. A+ experience. They were very easy to communicate with through the job, and they were extremely sensitive to any problems that they thought might come up, so they would talk with us several times a week to just let us know what was going on and what we could expect during the roof insulation. The price was great! We received many estimates and their metal roof estimate was half the cost of our other estimates. The installation went great, and the service was awesome. "When I called the company, they came to my house within 30 minutes to do an estimate because I told them I had open holes in my roof. Ben came and made me feel confident in his abilities to assess the roof and recommend the best roof for me. The workmen came and put the roof on quickly and meticulously cleaned up after themselves. A snow storm was predicted in 2 days, and another man from the company came before the snow to check and be sure everything was taken care of and solid. They also installed a ridge vent. We decided to choose NCR (Home Fix Custom Remodeling). The workmen arrived at 7:45am and finished the work by 4:30pm. This included removal of the old shingles, installing new quality underlayment, new shingles, chimney flashing, new roof edging and a thorough cleanup of the old roofing materials, and removal of old nails in the yard.
