"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. "I had recently moved to Dayton with an 8 year old Beagle from Arizona. The Beagle (male) was previously kept in a fenced back yard, but a fence was not an option at this home. The Beagle is extremely headstrong and spirited, and I was unsure as to whether an electric containment fence would work. I chose the Dogwatch FM - band fence over the other options due to my concerns about reliability and training. The Dogwatch staff patiently worked with me during installation and training, as well as during the two cases when my Beagle "jumped the fence" and ran (he was easily found and brought back). "Two men from the fence company came on time in the morning. Before lunch they removed the post and two broken sections of the fence and the section with the gate. After lunch they completed the job at around 3:30 or 4 p.m. Even though it was hot, they worked hard to complete the fence. The fence is high quality and looks great. "It looked great. It looks beautiful. It came out real nice. They were excellent and showed up a month early. I was so happy, I cooked them lunch on the grill while they were here. Everything was excellent. Their customer service and communication was great. They let you know the date and when they're going to be there. They were fast. They had a good team of guys to pressure wash and then stain the fence. They use my fence now as a show model to potential customers. They use a special cleaner that they spray on first and then they pressure wash the fence, so all the dirt and debris gets off it. Then the fence takes the stain better. It should last like five or six years. That was one of the deciding factors for me. They had a better system to do it."

"The attached post was warped and needed to be replaced; this included digging out the post and cement, replacing post with cement at the base. The adjacent wooden slats were replaced in addition to several that had deteriated over time. This work was very strenous and difficult on a hot summer day. Overall completed in 2-3 hours. The work was well done and professional; we are having a pre-hung door installed by Shedpro next week."
