"Everything went as we were told it would go, They were punctual, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They respected our living space upstairs, and were professional, as well as friendly. The estimated time for the job was 7 to 10 days, and Mark and his crew (Sergio, Tony and Jessie) finished the job in 7 days. We feel like we have a new basement. This was a huge project - very large 3-car garage that I wanted to have remodeled with a top quality floor covering and extensive storage cabinetry. - I am an exceptionally meticulous, detail oriented researcher. The first thing I did was identify businesses that do this work and check out their backgrounds. Not only do I look at customer satisfaction websites (BBB, Angies, etc.) but I also search legal records to identify civil and criminal actions taken. I narrowed my choices to two companies that had stellar records, GFC was one of them. (BTW, a big name in this business in the Cincinnati area has a horrendous record - do your homework!) - Next, I compared products. Both companies I selected do great work, but I found the floor coating proprietary system/product used by GFC to be industrial quality and superior. Regarding the cabinetry, that too, was superior in strength and anticipated durability. My research paid off. The workmanship was flawless, dealing with company employees was a pleasure from start to finish, and in short things could not have gone better. This is not an inexpensive proposition, but I learned long ago it's better and cheaper to do things right ONE time, than have to repeat a job.
