"Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

"I ordered all new windows from Mike Murnane upon returning home from deployment on June 17, 2024. Mike never ordered the windows. He stole a $5,000 down payment and strung me along for almost a year. Toward the end of November 2024, mike admitted the windows hadn’t been ordered but he was working on other jobs and would pay me back in a week. This continued for months. Filing a lawsuit. These guys are absolute crooks, do not trust them with anything. Update as of 04/22/2025 In regards to the review below, you guys are comical liars. Numerous calls were placed to your office in the early months. You guys sure knew mike then. You guys were able to get ahold of him a few times I couldn't. Your business has atlas exteriors listed as a DBA. All of this has been recorded, pictures saved, and the old "oh we don't know that employee" does not work when I have called your office for him and your secretaries get ahold of him for us. Months later you switched to suddenly not knowing a person using a listed DBA you have given business cards to? Same address? It'll get sorted in court unless money is returned."

"We are extremely pleased with the work Joe performed for us. He went beyond the extra mile to ensure the work was done correctly and professionally. Our main project was to install a portable air conditioner in a room with a casement window. We thought we would have to replace the window with a full-sized traditional window. Joe saved us an incredible amount of money by suggesting, and installing, a much-less-expensive option that works just fine. Furthermore, Joe readily agreed to another project and built a new picnic table bench to replace our dilapidated one and shored up our other bench. "Terry and Michael are great installers. The owner of the business is very hard to deal with and will not take care of issues that arise. I have been trying for 11/2 years to have my kitchen floor fixed. The owner Todd said I bought discontinued floor and it was my fault that it is coming apart. The tongue and groove edges cracked causing my floor to come up due to an employee beating my floor in place. The employee no longer works there but Todd refuses to fix my floor. I have gaps in my living room and a bad spot in my bedroom. I contacted the flooring company and they told me that the floor was not properly installed. They offered to send replacement flooring, but I would have to pay shipping. I would also have to pay someone to tear up my kitchen and install the new floor. Todd put frog tape on my floor and said they would get caulk and other things to fix my floor. This was 5 months ago and I never heard a word from them. Todd does not believe in customer service and once he has your money he is finished no matter what issues arise."
