"They worked out fairly well. I don’t remember any issues. Nothing really stood out but there weren’t any trouble. They showed up and did their job. It was efficient. It’s just one person. He was efficient. It was a good price on the deal. The quality of service was good. One of the machines that he brought out to do was the dryer vent cleaning in addition to the air vent cleaning. He wasn’t very proficient with all of the equipment. There was a little bit of a hiccup that he wasn’t able to finish that day. He ended up having to come back with somebody else just because he was all by himself and he was not proficient on that issue. If I didn’t have an issue like this then it would have been fine."
