"They let us know they were no longer in the gutter business. Called a few days in advance to set up a time to do the insulation. They were late and called at 4:45 in the 3:00-5:00 PM window to tell us their truck broke down and they'd be late. Blew in the insulation but didn't coordinate with the roofer about additional sofit vents or put in baffles where the new vents should be added. It was very difficult to communicate with the workers because only one could speak a little english. If all you need is some insulation blown it this company is OK.

"Jeff was the first to contact me and came out within 24 hours. He spent about an hour and used an entire tube of caulk to areas that needed it. I had a very minor leak during heavy rains and there was no obvious issue on the roof. Jeff said I do not need a new roof at this time and he did not charge me at all for the caulking that we hope stops this minor leak. I will definitely use him when I do need a new roof. He answered all my questions and took pictures that he sent to me. I couldn't ask for better service."

They were able to come and do the job in a timely manner, but some of the taping of the insulation on the walls was coming off by the end of the day near the bottom edge of our staircase. It was not a big deal, we purchased some white insulation tape and have taped it down more securely ourselves. Overall, I would recommend Colorado Insulation Company!"
