"Dan was incredibly honest. I called him to give me an estimate on my fence that required a repair. I was out of town and since he was in the area right then, he went right over to the house to take a look. When looking, he assessed that it was such a minimal repair he went a head and did the repair with out even charging me. Honest business men like this need to be kept in business. We will definitely use him again in the future. Thank you Dan for your help. I look forward to using your service in the future.

"Several years ago we replaced our upstairs bathroom flooring....using a friend. We realize he didn't know what he was doing when he put the toilet back in. Years later we have ugly mold/fungus on our downstairs ceiling and between the floors. I saw a referral here, on Nextdoor, to use Shawn Turano of PROPERTY RESTORATION SOLUTIONS. Great referral! He really knows how to handle dangerous molds, utilizing HEPA requirements, etc. He gave us a reasonable bid, adhered to it, did an outstanding job and solved our problem. If you need property/disaster restoration from a flood, fire, smoke, mold, or general contracting needs, I can honestly refer Shawn. Here is his number: 719-650-5895."
