"I had gutters and downspouts installed due to some issues I've been discovering over the past year with my foundation. Unlike another local company I was attempting to do business with, Gutter Masters was efficient and responsive throughout the entire process -- beginning with my initial contact with the company. Not only was I provided with a quote within a fair amount of time but the rep, Cary Phillips, came back out to my home when I expressed that I'd like to speak to someone concerning all the questions I had (given the amount of money and investment, I wanted to make sure getting gutters installed would address ALL of the concerns I've been having with my foundation). On the day of the actual installation the workers were scheduled to arrive between 11 am and 1 pm. By the time I arrived home to meet them around noon, they were finishing up! The color is perfect as well, which alleviates one of my initial concerns. Although I was originally set to go with another shade it  was the rep, Mr. Phillips, who suggested that the particular color I ultimately selected may blend better with my home -- and it does. Suffice it to say, so far I'm happy with the gutters and their service and have confidence that if any issues arise they will assist me just as efficiently.

"I had contacted Glen about 3 weeks prior to the work to be done. He was finishing up on a job and would contact me. He called and he came to look over the work and gave me an estimate. I thought it was high but after other quotes found it was consistent with others prices. I have used Glen before with positive results. He came with a helper and thought it would only take 4 hours. It ended up taking almost 6. Charges were the same at the end. Good clean up and good work. The only thing I saw that the downspouts should have been cleaned as well. I assumed that would be done but wasn't.
