Professional.  I had badly damaged soffit and fascia boards on the rear of my home and I knew it would have unknown damage behind these areas.  Kevin with Arrow looked over everything and advised that due to the hidden damage, he could not give me a firm quote but to expect at least two days labor/materials and possibly part of a third day.  Based on the information given, I expected the work to be about $3,000.  I contacted two other companies for quotes  and one said it would cost anywhere from $1500 to $4,500 but this guy did not even own a ladder to get on the roof.  The other said, ?We will just have to see when it is over.  There is no way to even predict a price.?</p> <p> </p> <p>I hired Arrow and it took two and a half days to complete the work. They kept me informed by phone throughout the work and explained all problems that they uncovered and gave me options of repairing them.  The carpentry, painting, and cleanup were all handled very well and they provided very good advice on some other things that will need attention in the near future.
