They did waterproofing for me a couple of years ago, and when they dug and re-poured the concrete around the perimeter of my basement, they left the floor with a significant and uneven slope. I didn?t notice how bad it was right away because I?ve been slowly saving up and doing small projects over time to turn the space into a playroom. Once I finally started bringing in professionals to move forward, the issues became impossible to ignore. The slope is so severe that I can?t get flooring installers to lay carpet, and shelving can?t safely sit against the wall without leaning ? which is a serious safety hazard since this room is meant for my two-year-old. I?ve called the company multiple times and was told I?d receive call-backs, but no one follows up. No real solution has been offered, and they?ve shown no willingness to fix the problem. "

We needed our toilet installed, vanity installed and shower drain and nozzle hooked up. Jeff from JTECH arrived at the house at the appointment time and called us to let him in so he could do the work. We asked Jeff to please go right in , find the toilet, vanity and shower drain parts and to please install as we were on our way. Everything was installed perfectly.
