"Jonathan, Joe and the entire crew did a fantastic job replacing our back porch and several other projects throughout the house. Communication was excellent addressing all of our questions and providing great input. They efficiently completed all the jobs and remained on budget. Quality is outstanding and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommended."

"I recently hired Collazo Home Improvements to replace the old staircase that led up to my elevated deck and I am very happy with their work. Jonathan Collazo came out the next day and provided a reasonable estimate, and Kevin Goss and Perry did an excellent job with the demo, site-prep, and construction. I will definitely call this company again for future home repair and improvement projects."

"We are so glad we worked with this company, the quality of their work was excellent and they clearly took pride in doing it well. They were professional and reliable in communicating updates, and very nice people. We especially appreciated their willingness to look at some other concerns we had with the house and either taking care of them along the way or letting us know when something was actually okay or that we could do relatively easily ourselves (and giving good advice on how to do it!). We respected such genuine honesty and integrity. Building a strong long-term professional relationship was important to them, and we'll be going to them first for anything we need done in the future."

"I first contacted Evolution Painting Company (EPC) in May 2019 in order to have my houseâ s exterior painted (the first since the house was built â almost 30 yrs.). Based on prior research and other quotes, the estimate and duration provided were within reasons and therefore, an agreement was signed. In conjunction of the prior statement, the reviews on HomeAdvisor helped steered my decision in selecting EPC for this project. I donâ t believe in haggling on prices, because I expect the utmost result and service. During the two week period, EPC and I were in constant contact in regards to colour options for the porch and house trims â as well as any other concerns I may have to the overall project. On a side note, I have dealt with my fair share number of contractors, and the #1 area where they fail isâ ¦communication and keeping their client abreast of when they will be on-site or elsewhere. Fortunately, this was not the case for EPC and the only time where they were not on site had to do with weather (which was communicated to me the day before the heavy rain). At the end of the project, I shared my sentiments with the managers/owners. The results were as expected, perfect."

"My experience with this company was amazing right from the phone call to set up quote appt all the way to the very end. The crew was very punctual, neat, precise and always had the customer in mind. I am so pleased with the deck addition as well as the remodeling of our porches. Wonderful company! Would hire again for other home projects on the future."

"He arrived on time explained what his plan of action was going to be. Him and his assistant finished the first stage of wall repairs in a couple hours. He came back twice after that to finish the job. They were both very friendly very professional even cleaned up all the mess.I talked to Jim about other jobs would like to do down the road. If these are projects he can help me with I will definitely be hiring him again very satisfied. Thank you Michele Ferraiuolo"

"The company did a great job preparing and painting my deck. I thought I needed to replace the deck steps and they told me that was unnecessary because the step integrity was fine. They were enthusiastic about their work, on time, and wanted to be sure I was happy with the result. I will use the company again."

"Very professional and straightforward with scope of work, options and pricing, and overall reasonable. Just finished major deck work. The crew was very professional and friendly and went above and beyond. Will definitely consider them for future projects."
