"Dave was great. He suggested getting the insurance out to see if they would cover it and they covered half of it due to a recent storm blowing off shingles. Once the insurance company came through he got out to my house soon after and got the whole roof done quickly. It looks amazing. Any time I need any kind of roof work I will contact them."

"Jayhawk Exteriors completed an exemplary job reroofing my home! Throughout the process, the crew were professional and hardworking...They used tarps and cleanup was thorough with magnets finding loose nails! What really clinched the deal, was they used a rubber tire dumpster and even placed a tarp under it on my nice new driveway!! I am so very pleased with my beautiful new roof! Thank you, Jayhawk!"

"W T Anderson dues excellent work. We were very impressed with the finish roof. They are GAF certified; therefore the roof has a warranty of 30 years. My thanks to the installers; their work is unsurpassed."

"I had my own roof replaced in May. In August got my Mom’s roof replaced with this company too, in Hampton; including replacing 10 plywood boards. Such a great company to deal with. Does a beautiful roof job and cleans everything up perfectly. Lowest estimate after checking with 4 other major companies. Looking to feel secure with a company that does an excellent job for the lowest estimate, don’t hesitate to call this company!"

"Had our porch roof repaired to stop it from leaking. They did a wonderful job. At the same time they found water damage to roof on house. They repaired it as well. Very happy with the work done. Got to immediately and cleaned up after themselves really well. Nice guys friendly and professional."

"I found Roof Shark during a Google search. I was at a loss for finding someone to do soffit repair because of water damage....it was relatively a small job, but necessary work. I left an online message....Nick contacted me back within an hour and was at the house that afternoon to give an estimate. Once we agreed on the work, Nick and his team got to work asap AND kept us in the loop with pictures and updates for the work being done. We couldn't have asked for better service! Absolutely spectacular company!"

"I had a roof remodeled and then re-shingled. The framing involved removing a flat section of the roof and making it into a gabled roof. The building inspector was impressed with the work. The new shingles were put on the entire roof. The workers on both projects did excellent work and were attentive to detail. They did an outstanding job of clean up, especially the roofers, circling the house several times for nails. I would highly recommend Quality Built Exteriors."

"Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Home Genius Exteriors. Roofing jobs are expensive, they just are. The sales consultant - Andre Irving - is an exemplary professional! We really enjoyed working with him to discuss the whole project, particulars about our roof, and our concerns and worries. Andre spends time getting to know you enough to understand how to make a deal happen. He showed us the whole product, assisted us to understand the money and financing, and we all agreed on "Midnight Plum" as the color! Communication from the agency was prompt and we always had someone to reach out to. They were able to schedule the work extremely fast - we met with Andre on a Friday, and the crew was out the following Tuesday - new roof, done, Tuesday evening. There was a project manager - we spoke with two of them, Tony and Evan - available on the project site. The only issue we had was some confusion about the dumpster. It got left overnight in our driveway - not the biggest issue in the world, just some confusion. The next evening we did a walkthrough of the whole project. Tony provided us with an overview of the warranty, and showed us the work that had to be done to our roof for repairs, etc. It was clear that it is a company with growth as a goal - they do really want the job, and 5-star reviews. I wouldn't give one if I didn't think they earned it, but you will find the reviews are valuable to the project managers and they will let you know that as their target. They'll stand there while you write them - I guess they get a bonus with getting good reviews. That was the only piece that stuck out to me as needing a little more finesse, but other than that, and like I began, overall we are happy with our new roof from Home Genius Exteriors."

"Through no fault of this company, I will be using a different contractor.  It was too late in the season to do wood rot repair when I purchased the Big Deal.  Wood must be painted within a certain temperature range, which is iffy in the late fall and winter.  He was good enough to give me an estimate of all wood rot repair needed, which was extensive. We decided to wait until spring, and he graciously agreed to honor the price. Alex R. from A-Z Creative Contractors was very professional and responsive at all times. I had no complaints with him at all."

"Cesar and his crew did an excellent job replacing my roof and did just as well with clean up. I’ve had roofs replaced on other homes (also in the area, Virginia Beach and Chesapeake) and both times was left with a huge mess in my yard and nails everywhere. This was not the case with Cesar, definite attention to detail from start to finish. I would recommend him to friends and family (and already have). Also I would use his services again for future projects."
