"HE CALLED ME AND SAID ANGI GAVE HIM MY NUMBER.ABOUT THE JOB AND GAVE ME A BID.GAVE HIM HALF OR $550DOLLARS.HE STARTED ;BUT DIDNOT FINISH.CAME THE FOLLOWING DAY SUPPOSED HE SAID HE FINISHED.WE WERE SUPPOSED TO DO A WALK THRU;BUT HE WAS IN A HURRY,HE TOLD ME THE WORK WAS COMPLETED .HE TOLD ME HE GUARANTEE HIS WORK,BUT HE DIDNOT FINISH THE WORK, ASKED TO GIVE ME BACK THE SECOND PAYMENT,UNTIL HE COMPLETE THE WHOLE PROJECT. DID NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS. HE DIDNOT FINISHED THE SEALING AND PAINTING AROUND THE HOUSE.I PAID HIM $200 DOLLARS EXTRA TO FINISH PAINTING 3 EXTRA SCREENS AND INSTALL THEM.PIEGON PROOF 10 SOLAR PANELS NOT COMPLETED EITHER ON THE ROOF. HE EMAILED WHAT WE AGREED SENDING YOU ATTACHMENTS. PLEASE HELP ME."
