"The contractors themselves were nice; however, my contract was not met. my contract stated: 1. The roof will be thoroughly cleaned using a high pressure power washer. 2. Wrap and seal the base area of all protrusions using poly membrane. 3. Resurface the scuppers into their transfer pans using poly membrane. 4. Install poly membrane to the base of the AC stand. My appointment was supposed to be in the morning and they did not show up until 130 in the afternoon and were only here about 1.5 hours. There is no way all of that was done in that time period. I think they sealed only and left."

"Based on the listing on Angie's list and reviews showing ROOFING, I contacted this company about a new roof. They contacted me immediately saying that they don't do new roofs only REPAIR. This may not be the company's fault, but is a waste of users' time."

"Roof hasn't leaked since repair."

"Father/son owners, no commissioned sales person. Crew of 5 completed replacement of underlayment on tile roof in only 3 days. Great job."

"GreenGo is a great company! The roofing project happened as planned. All my questions were answered (even when I asked the same ones twice) and this company is very professional. The guys he had working on the roof were extremely polite and professional, and they cleaned up before they left for the day. Many before and after pictures were taken of the roof to show the problems and how they were fixed. I especially like the drone pics that were taken at the end of the project. I highly recommend this company for roof repairs."

"I couldn't be happier with roof repair experience! Shawn is a consummate professional - great customer service, explained work to be performed with photos and did an excellent job on my roof repair. I highly recommend Arizona Leak Force!"

"Showed up a day early for an already prompt repair! Removed & repaired a section of rotten flat roof that had been leaking for years before we purchased the home. Transition from tile roof to flat porch roof was origionally installed improrerly. Charged $1,000 for additional preventative work which seemed excessive but was well done. Was not the cause of the original leak. Excellent crew. I'd definately hire them again."

"Modern Desert Roofing was efficient and thorough in my roof repair. They gave me a detailed estimate of what they would do, showed up when they said they would and completed on time."
