"My small pool and spa were leaking. I spent over $25k repairing walls and rerouting plumbing. That was ok for about a year but water meter kept running. Water levels dropping, I agreed to an estimate of $1700 more to repair. They had drained the spa earlier. Having not heard anything for 2 months, I tried to contact them. Nobody would answer calls nor email and so I left a message I would find someone else if they did not respond. They did not. I would have thought they would stand by their work and also place a customer who had spent so much money on the priority list. The maintenance company with whom they are somehow associated was awful, too. Don?t expect their pleasant demeanor to reflect their integrity. This is one disappointed ex-customer."
