Because the condensation water backflow to the furnace instead of the water pump, and furnace has a mechanism to shut down the compressor to prevent flooding and damaging the equipment. The fix I searched Angie’s list and it recommended 4 A/C repair companies; Signature Cooling responded first the next morning at 8 AM. And its technician/owner, Brandon was punctual, courteous, and professional. He identified the issue right away and checked the Freon pressure, and the HVAC computer too. With more than 30 min spent, he did NOT charge us anything and just asked for future checkups and referrals. Definitely we will."
