We had a list of about 6 things for he and his employee to do including some dry wall repair and paint, clearing rust from an iron railing and properly painting it, caulking and doing some touch up painting in our bathroom and bedroom, and finally fixing (correctly) a loose fascia board that was not installed properly and painting as needed. Professional, on time, clean, and efficient. As a self proclaimed "detail freak" I would highly recommend him."
