I called to set up an appointment to replace my damaged garage door and they were able to send someone the next morning to perform the work. Rob arrived and was was very professional and provided an in depth explanation of the work he was going to perform. "The owner, Andrew, consulted on the original design and provided a drawing based on the needs we discussed.  This was the only contact I had with him.  While the design seemed fine to me initially, I was trusting that being his profession Andrew would design the most efficient and accessible closet possible for our space and needs. Unfortunately, the delivered product fell far below my expectations.  Not only did the organization seem illogical, but it left me wondering if he had ever designed a closet before!  I am on the short side and my husband on the tall side, neither his suits or my dresses and pants cleared the ground when hung.  Further, as I was told occurred in other designs and installations, my shoes were never counted or measured to ensure proper shelving height, nor was our clothing measured to ensure our clothing would hang properly.  In my mind, this was a very simple project - nothing besides hanging racks and shelving - and it came out all wrong.  They did return to move some racks higher, but overall I still think the design is inefficient.  I would not recommend this company based on my experience.   <br /> The one positive I can speak of is that the company is relentless on contacting regarding sealing the deal, setting a time for installation and receiving payment. <br /> <br />"

"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."
