"I hired Palm Construction to build a deck and I can't say enough great things about this company and I am 100% satisfied with my new deck, it looks awesome and quality is superb. The final price is also more than acceptable. Thank you! I will strongly recommend Palm Construction to all my friends and family!"

"A fantastic experience from start to finish, BGL transformed our vague intentions into concrete form. We needed a soil and grass lawn converted to a rock garden with undemanding but beautiful flora. An adjacent ramp and slab needed to be replaced to correct their inclines. BGL rapidly produced a striking design and then enacted it rapidly and thoroughly. In addition to the concrete work, stone walkways were placed and a drip irrigation system was installed and integrated."

"MJ Quality Builders does new houses as well as remodeling. They are currently doing work in Pebble Beach on a house I represent. Their work is of the best quality at a reasonable price. Best of all is the short time they take to complete a project. Their design ideas and input are invaluable. I highly recommended them. I will certainly use them again."

"- Overall I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and Kerry's level of professionalism. He showed up on time for the initial work walk-thru and the work day. He was quite helpful, even during the initial walk through. I wanted a variety of contractor tasks done to prepare for my remodeling, and he brought all the equipment needed to do the tasks. When I was going over my remodeling plans, he really paid attention and offered many useful recommendations for me to get a bigger bang for my buck. Also for some of my plans, he offered nice design suggestions. For example, in my galley kitchen, instead of my idea of 4 recessed lights in a rectangle pattern, he suggested 3 lined up. I agreed, and when he cut the holes in the ceiling for the lighting with spacing he recommended, I could see this going to look fantastic with the galley kitchen configuration.
- Kerry has a great work ethic, and I was surprised how much he got done. He also did not take unnecessary shortcuts, and his work really shows this. For example, for the two new kitchen outlets installation,  he asked if he could remove the old counter top/back splash below where the new outlets were to be located, so that the wall integrity would stay whole as the wall was in good shape. End result - the wall area above the back splash edge where the new sockets were installed was indeed left in perfect shape when he was done.
- I would especially recommend him for remodeling work - his breadth of experience will save you time and money on your remodeling project, more so if this is your first remodeling project. Kerry has a very pleasant and helpful personality. He was very patient at answering my many remodeling questions (this is my first remodeling project), and made sure I understood the why of what things needed to be done in a certain way.

"I rarely write reviews, but Result Construction deserves this shoutout. Converted my old garage into a stunning ADU that’s now the envy of my Sacramento neighborhood. The process was smooth, the team was friendly, and they actually listened to what I wanted. Plus, they finished ahead of schedule and under budget. Who does that? Result Construction does"

"The shower remodel was wonderful. It was done within the proposed time frame and without much disturbance to my household. The quality of work was good."
