While there doing the replacement, they found a soft spot on a porch roof and I got them to do a second job removing several rows of shingles, replacing the damaged sheathing and installing new shingles. He quoted us a price on spraying the roof since it was not that old but was shedding gravel into the gutters. He said this should help preserve the roof better.
