"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"I had very bad Grayest water that would come from my Shower & Tub whenever l turn on my faucet and it left my tub dirty looking with Greasy black strains, l got Hahn number from a Good friend and gave his number to another friend we both love his work very Professional and did a very Good job. Not only did he fix my Shower problem with the dirty Greasy water, but he fix my bathtub nozzle from dripping all day and night the seal was broken and he replace it ,so very grateful cause my water bill was getting so high each month with the constant dripping, and also call him back to unplugged an old water filter from under my sink, he took out the old one and connected it back to the sink, now l can get filter water from my New refrigerator and ice maker.
