"We had banging & whistling noise from steam radiator pipes and the very old (but good) oil boiler during very cold days. He diagnosed what needed to be done. It was a serious amount of work, replacing a very old, badly corroded pipes and regular cleaning of the boiler. We could have had serious flooding if this had not been noticed and replaced it. Unlike other person's diagnosis, he knew exactly what needed to be done. It took three days to finish everything. He was very professional, experienced and very thorough and we are so relieved to have oil boiler /steam radiator running smoothly. Keeping an old house is an on-going job and it was so nice to have someone work very professionally. He offered warranty as well, so we know he is there for us should there be any issues. "After reading reviews about Citiwide's experience on replacing drain pipes (large jobs) on Angie's List, I called them on a Saturday evening. Gary showed up about two hours later. He said the first step was to run a snake to see if the pipe could be unclogged. I reluctantly agreed, as the first plumber had done that before. But, lo and behold, Gary was able to completely unclog the pipe and said that our pipe was not broken. About an hour after he arrived, we had an unclogged sewer system, when Gary left. Talking to Gary was very informative, he definitely knew his stuff. Gary was very careful about making sure that work area was clean and neat after he left. He had a very pleasant demeanor. I would hire these guys again anytime."
