They were professional and reasonably priced so I gave them the job. They did a great job when promised and how promised. Recently, I needed to have a full roof replacement. Again, I called German Roofing. Again they were professional and a pleasure to work with. The made some promises. They kept their promises. They gave me a very competitive bid price. They showed up when they said they would. The job was very well done, on time, and by cordial roofing experts. I can’t imagine what more I could have expected from a roofing company. I recommend them without hesitation."

"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

From the estimate process, through the HOA approval process (which resulted in at least 2 changes in the scope of the job), Walter was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. They were here immediately after the HOA approval was obtained, job was completed in 2 days (original estimate was 3-4 days) including an additional task of caulking/painting vents on the roof. The painters themselves were outstanding - very meticulous (and I'm very picky), pleasant and unobtrusive. Their prep work was beyond my expectations (patching, taping, masking of windows/doors) and I haven't found any paint where it wasn't supposed to be. They cleaned up afterwards, put all the furniture back and generally went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this company - we were a little concerned because the price seemed too good to be true - compared to other estimates we received - but we went with the strength of the Angie's List profile and do not regret it one bit."

"Daniel and Sons Roofing was fast and efficient in replacing my roof. Done in less than 2 days. George was able to have his crew start on my roof within a couple days of signing the contract. It took them one day to tear off 2 layers and replace some trim boards. It only took them 3/4 of the next day to put the new shingles and flashing on. They also did a good job cleaning up as they went along and afterwards. They were very careful to not allow any debris in my pool."

Express Roofing was the only company to provide me with photos and a video of my roof issues. They wrote out a very exact contract and were the only company to include fascia board and ply board for the areas of concern that they saw. They cleaned up everything at the end of each day and finished a large project in 4 days. This included both the shingle roof and 2 foam flat roofs. Jenna and Jeremy were at the house every day to provide me with photos AND drone footage to show the workmanship and progress each day which I received via email.
