"Service requested, Craig of Tree Logic showed when requested, provided estimate and date to complete job. I regret it has taken me this long (6mos) to document "outstanding" service and care provided by Tree Logic and crew. On date agreed, Craig and crew showed and immediately went to work on trimming and thinning 2 large Chinese Elms (30+ft, 16yrs old) in front yard, which I consider a "huge" attraction for the value of house and property....I did not want sight of overgrown, or "too" thinly manicured trees, as the 1st impression of my property. Craig and crew worked efficiently and "caringly" to sculpture the trees the way I envisioned. The remaining 4 trees were completed and all limbs and trimmings removed. At completion of job, I could only "smile" at what Tree Logic did for my property. And, 6mos later, that "smile" breaks-out every time I drive up to my property. Thanks Tree Logic, Craig and crew."

"Wow, they were great! I called on Friday mid-morning. Robert the owner came by later to look at the yard and discuss what I needed. He is easy to talk with, listened and even made some excellent suggestions as we walked the front and back yard. "We are so happy with the way our yard looks now! We hired L&M landscaping a while back to remove some trees and trim. This week they just finished up our back yard project: patio overlay and extends into yard with pavers, artificial grass, planting, hooking up water to the plants, & the final touch of adding landscape lighting. "Brandon and his crew of 3 brothers( not his brothers) came and discussed the plan for the landscaping. 
First, they removed the tree and ground up the roots and stump.  Next, they asked to determine where we wanted the shrubs and started digging the holes. 
They ran into a problem with a confusing drip system and they had to reroute it before they could plant the shrubs.  They asked us to help choose which side of the shrubs we wanted facing the windows.  There was lots of kidding with the three brothers, and it was fun to listen to them. 
Next, they did the removal of the red yucca and then they asked us the deicide which arms of the cactus needed to be removed.
Clean up took awhile and Brandon and us went over the bill because we decided to not have some of the plants put  in the ground at that time.  He gave us the 10% discount on our bill and only charged tax on the plants he had to buy at the nursery. 
We learned some of his background and he was always calm, couteous, and asking for our input.  I told him I had anxiety about having someone I didn't know do the work, but It was an excellent experience and I would recommend him to anyone.
