Alliance United Plumbing has our highest recommendation and Javier, Alliance Unitedâ s owner, is the only plumbing pro and expert we now call when we have any plumbing problems or require other plumbing services/maintenance. This year, Alliance United completed 3 plumbing projects for us. In Jan-Feb 2023, Alliance United replaced a combined length of 46-ft (approx.) of deteriorating 3-in cast iron sewer line on our 4-unit property. About 30-ft ran under a ground floor concrete slab, under the front steps, and onto the city sidewalk to the city sewer line. A lot of jack hammering and hand digging with shovels was required to expose and replace this deteriorating sewer line. Following city inspection, which passed without a hitch, every bit of excavated dirt/soil was put back in place, compacted, and new concrete was poured to replace all that was jack hammered. In the process, another 3-in sewer line was discovered to be buried under our garage concrete slab that connected to the street. Thankfully, Javier determined (via cable camera) this 18-ft cast iron pipe could be serviced (hydro jetting) and the interior relined using a chemical resin/fiberglass process. That section of sewer pipe now has a strong and smooth resin lumen, fortified with fiberglass, and should last for decades! In early May 2023, a second story toilet and bath tub backed up with raw sewage each time a third floor toilet was used and flushed. Alliance United cut away the ceiling sheet rock on the ground floor and exposed a horizontal 3-in cast iron branch line that was obstructed by scale build up, waste, and rust. Leakage was also imminent due to cracks in the pipe walls. All the connections to this branch line were replaced using ABS, including the 23-ft (approx.) branch line itself. Now the second and third floor toilets flush and the bath tubs drain without any backflow, without obstruction, and without any leaks! In June 2023, we experienced another leak from the ground floor ceiling. When the sheet rock was opened, a 2-in cast iron horizontal branch line that drained the third floor kitchen sink was found to be rusting and leaking from several cracks in the cast iron. This 5-1/2 ft cast iron branch line was replaced with ABS, along with several other cast iron fittings. Like the other two earlier plumbing problems, the Alliance United team resolved this issue like the pros they are! My husband and I are dubbing 2023, the â Year of the Leaksâ ! Throughout each of our plumbing nightmares, there was one plumbing company, Alliance United Plumbing,that helped us to resolve all these problems. "The line connecting my washing machine and kitchen to the main line was blocked; with water back up in the sink and washing machine. After an unsuccessful attempt to snake the line from the outside access, it was suggested by another that the clog couldnâ t be cleared, pipe was â done,â and the solution was to reroute the pipe for about 12 K! I called GMC, hopeful they could clear the line. Geremi responded immediately, quoted a reasonable price to unclog the line, was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave it his all until the line was clear!! His camera showed water running through the line after it was cleared, and his recommendation was simply annual snaking for $75. I was literally almost resigned to a huge 12 K problem and canâ t express how grateful I am that Geremi didnâ t give up and succeeded at unclogging this drain, and that I was able to see with his camera that the pipe was not, in fact, done. There were no added charges for the extra time or new snake blades it took to cut through this clog and no expensive and unnecessary recommendations. I now have a trusted plumber for life."

They arranged for a visit for an estimate within one hour. The on-site project manager was Jason V. He assessed the situation and gave us a very clear, on-the-spot estimate. After that, he went to the supplier to acquire the new water heater and other parts. They came back within an hour to start the job. Jason and his coworker Hulices took about 3 hours to complete the job. They were both extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
