My Mom was concerned that she might need a new roof before the rains come.  Bill was so nice and honest with his discussion with my Mom and me.  He said that she had at least another 10 to 15 years of life left on her roof.  I asked if I could pay him for his time and he said no thanks.

"Made an appointment for 2:00 PM and the technician called and came early which was nice. I told him my concerns because I have a flat roof and he went right up to check it. He examined the whole roof and sealed anything that might cause a leak. He took before and after pictures which was great since I can't climb on the roof to see and have to take his word for it. He was done in about a half hour and told me my roof should probably last for another five years since it was replaced 15 years ago.  He was very professional and pleasant and put my mind at ease.  When the time comes for a new roof I'll most likely call J&J Roofing first.

"I contacted AP Roofing to get an estimate and Sean in the office scheduled the estimate with Asher Paz. Asher arrived at the time and day that was scheduled and as promised, the estimate was free and Asher emailed the estimate to me on the same day. I signed the contract on a Tuesday and Asher scheduled the work to begin on the following Monday. He told me that the workers would arrive at 7 am, and sure enough they did. He also got the permit on that Monday and scheduled the inspections. I was happily surprised that the permitting went so smoothly, because another vendor told me that it would take a few weeks for the permitting process. This might be because the other vendor had a General Contractor's license, but AP Roofing has an actual Roofing license. The work took 3 1/2 days and permit passed the final inspection without any issues. The workers cleaned up the area at the end of each day. Both Asher and the Project Manager, David, were very easy to work with and they answered all my questions and were very patient."

"Solar 360 did a very good job.  I was concerned how the panels would look on my home since they would be on the front side of my house due to its southern exposure. Upon installation, I was very pleased with the overall look of the mono black Solorworld panels on my grey-toned presidential roof. Additionally, I was pleased with the configuration, installation and fit/finish of the necessary electrical boxes and inverts installed onto the side of the house.  I have looked at several other Solar installations in my general area and definitely believe the installation on my house is the cleanest and most professional looking.  The only hitches that occurred during the whole process was the scheduling of city inspections which took a bit longer than anticipated due to the backlog of pending inspections at the city.  Solar 360 kept me fully informed as to the inspection schedules and worked closely with the city to assure the necessary inspections remained in their proper queue position with the city.  The system was commissioned on April 7th 2015 and is producing energy at or, above the predicted levels.  In the 1st month the system actually produced more energy than used which resulted in a small credit on my electric bill."
