"The repairs were done within the two hour time frame for which I had contracted through an Angie's List coupon.  The handyman came to the door promptly, well, relatively.  He called ahead of time to say that he was caught in traffic and would be 1/2 hour late.  He was then on time.  He was professional, did the repair promptly and with no trouble.  He came in a truck which had a lot of tools and brought in a tool bag with everything he needed.  The door that wouldn't close needed to have a sliver taken off the top.  His truck had a saw that he brought out and was thus able to correct the door.  He clearly knew what he was doing.  He was friendly and polite.  I will be calling Last Minute Labor again for any other handyman help."

"The driver was very nice and professional.  However, I was not told that the furniture pieces would be hauled in an open-bed, small pickup truck.  There is a van pictured on the website and I expected that form of transportation.  The vendor advised me to have the store shrink-wrap the items (but didn't tell me why) and the store wasn't willing to do that.  There was some damage to the items (small chips on the coffee table) but it was negligible and I don't know if the store caused it or the delivery service.  Luckily there wasn't a downpour that day.

The pricing was much higher than I expected to have for of my garage walls worked on. I ended up getting any product at all from the company or having any service done. "We experience a major leak in our ceiling dining room.  K&R came out an inspected the attic and found a roof air vent that was installed across my entire roof peak had been leaking for years, he explained the necessary steps to fix the issue (replace entire roof and installed solar powered fan to vent the attic). The wood on the roof in the attic was rotting and growing some sort of "organic material". He covered my roof with a tarp. The quote was reasonable given the amt of work that needed to be done. The material arrive in about a week and the next day after the material arrived they started the work. Even though it was cold, they finished the work in one day. They cleaned up all trash from the old roof. I am very happy that my roof is fixed and looks great. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional doing their roof repairs or replacement who uses top quality material and workers.
