Nick made a sure that the fence was completed in a timely manner including the little touches such as using the excess dirt in specific areas of the yard. "Jake was knowledgeable, friendly and installed the underground wire and controls in the garage fairly quickly the day he came to our house (we live about 88 miles from Troy). He did a good job installing the fence and trained us on how to get the dogs familiar with it. We contacted him a few weeks later and he walked my husband through turning it up a bit (since we have 'stubborn' dogs who were choosing to go though the fence even when they knew they would get shocked). Once set on the higher control, that was end of that; the dogs happily stay within the boundaries now. The dogs do play with each other, chewing on the electronic box on the collar as they play. We've had to replace two collars now, and one of those times we could not reach Jake at the number we used before. We were able to get a replacement collar that time from another dealer. The second time we needed a replacement collar, we tried to contact Jake and it took a couple of phone messages before he returned our call. He explained there had been a death in the family when we called before and he was sorry we weren't able to reach him. He also took longer than the other dealer to get the replacement collar to us. I'd still recommend him though, he knows how to install the fence and to train the dogs, and he seems like a good guy."
