He was extremely helpful with suggestions and patterns. They seemed to have to wait longer than expected for first coat to dry; then seemed in a hurry to finish by the end of first half of day; I didn't notice until they left that they did not paint the inside of the bathroom door; left paint on tile in some places; didn't remove all of old grout before grouting over it (said old grout was too hard)"
