"repair a leak on the roof"

"I needed a small section of tiles on my roof replaced but all of the companies I spoke to said that they are old and don?t manufacture them anymore, so they would only offer new tile installment. California Building Professionals went the extra step and called boneyards until they found a match and installed it for me. They saved me a lot of money and time with the extra effort that they put in. Really appreciate all the help"

"Ray from Clearview Roofing and Construction took over an hour to inspect our roof and informed that the roof was in good shape and didnt need any repairs...I greatly appreciate the honest advice. Will use in the future"

"The inspection and estimate were completed in a timely manner and the work was done on schedule and in a very professional manner. Two man crew spent about 4hours doing the repair as described. The leak was fixed and I am pleased. The price was higher than I expected, but it was the lowest of three Angie's List contractors so I am satisfied."

"Fast response to fix a roof repair before rain. Everything was first rate."

The team was friendly and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. Our roof's looking sharp now! "Need a new ROOF? We did! So did my mother in law. I FOUND A GREAT COMPANY. My wife (a Property Manager) and I over the years have become very experienced with Contractors involving home remodeling repair & construction. After obtaining a couple of quotes on our project. I met Chris Palyan from Newhaus Roofing & Construction. Chris Came to our home. Got on the roof, and also inspected from the attic. This was going to be a large project. Including removal & reinstallation of dozens of solar panels and removal of the original concrete tiles. We had been ignoring our known roof leaks for a long time. Southern California droughts allowed us to keep delaying the roof replacement. Those decisions did cost us dearly. YES we knew better. Chris provided a very complete quote. Including excellent products to be used. In our case anticipating damage under the tiles. Chris included in his proposal identified costs for correction as it was uncovered. No surprise We had significantly more dama"

"Roof trim repair and painting. Estimate given and agreed. A few days later they requested an additional $ 4,300.00 for *unforeseen extra repair*!!!. Roof trims are plainly visible. How is it an unforeseen problem?. Poor estimating job or bait and switch? Either way, It left us with a bad taste in the mouth..."

"Because I needed only a repair after a tree limb damaged the roof, many roofers either would not bid or I would have to wait for any repair. Universal did the repairs over several days by sending over crews after they had finished a prior job. Worked out well."
