"Once the crew did the repair and were paid, a couple of days later, the roof leak exactly at the same spot started. They never even sent me a contract, work order or invoice. The business owner just contacted me, responded to my complaint and identified the main leak cause and spot. They re repaired it at no cost. "I had several quotes recently because the flat part of my roof in the back of my house was leaking terribly during this years rainy season. We really needed to get the work done on our roof immediately. The roof was only 5 and half years old and just out of warranty but the roofer who did the work 5 and half years ago refused to come and fix it.
