He overnighted the the Heat pump and furnace, and showed up the next morning on time to install. By 2pm that day he had completed all the install and we had heat again, with a new updated system. I am not easily impressed by contractors, however John and his team at Absolute Temp Control went way above the call of duty. I can find no fault in anything they did, and would HIGHLY recommend their services. They are honest, quick, and prompt. They communicate extremely well, and even registered our products for us."
