They repaired and replaced rotted wood, caulked places that had never been caulked before (hence the wood rot), cleaned, primed and painted our house, and it looks beautiful! Our job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues - we needed to replace a gutter. They happily came back after the replacement to paint the gutter. "Let me preface this with the fact I told John on Sunday, the day he accepted the job, that "there is no rush." I would give John FIVE stars for service except the repairs he said would take a day or two took a week and during that time neither my neighbor nor I had a gate to secure our back yard. Not a big deal but if time is important to you get a firm commitment as to a completion date. Finally, John ran into minor problems which he resolved without added expense. As for value I think everyone EXCEPT ME is overpaid."
