"They say confession is good for the soul so I will just say upfront they we re-roofed our home ourself this past summer with help from friends. Unfortunately we discovered some major leaking after our last few rainstorms that appeared to originate from our skylight. Thats when we signed up for Angies List and found Warner Roofing. A frantic call to them and Renna scheduled a time for Mike to come over and see what the problem was. Mike was quick to come out to give us an estimate and schedule the job. Renna was a delight to work with in regards to the paperwork and payment. The workers were able to start on the job earlier than anticipated which made my day much easier - Got to LOVE that. I asked one of the workers to check up in our attic area to see if there might be anything else going on. He found tiny watermarks so he inspected the vents on the roof and found that they had not been installed correctly, which was causing tiny amounts of rain to seep in on a hard rain. He put his findings on their work order and said they would let Mike know so he can give us an estimate to fix them. The price they charged to fix our leaking skylight seemed very reasonable for the amount of work that they had to do. And they made sure the yard was free of any debre before they left. We will definitely be using them as needed in the future and recommend them."

"These workers were so professional it was a joy having Antonio, Willie and Alejandro here. They came prepared with a trailer and their gear. They even had their own port-a-potty!! Clean cut, hard working, worked their butts off with smiles on their faces. These fellows worked from the time they got here until it was time to leave AND they cleaned up after themselves EACH DAY leaving the yard looking pristine. As bad as it was finding out I had a river running through my attic and a ceiling coming down in a bedroom due to this leak, necessitating a new roof (Raindrop DID NOT install the old roof!), I was actually sorry to see them go. I can't thank them enough. And the job looks great. Even the neighbors say so! And a thank you to Tony, the supervisor. He would stop by wanting to make sure the job was to my liking. Ramon is a delight and a pleasure to work with he is professional, responsive, upfront very transparent and gives you any kind of option that you might need to get the project done. He was able to complete my roof for a very reasonable price actually lower than a lot of competitors in the area. Ramon's company is locally based in Scappoose Oregon and he uses local folks for his Services. I love and appreciate that he uses folks from the area as well as products from the area like Malarkey Roofing which is manufactured right here in Oregon. His crew was able to do a complete tear off and install of my roof in one day! With only some final touch-ups needed the next day because it simply became too dark for them to see and be safe. I was having a couple days where my brain wasn't obviously working quite right and he was ever so patient with me regarding the quote that he had given me that was VERY clearly written in black and white yet I misread it. I had a myriad of odd questions and never once did Ramon not give me his full attention to answer questions in person, text, phone or email. His crew also did power washing for me as well as gutter services and I could not be more pleased his company truly embodies the quote-unquote spruce up factor and while it's not listed on their services it should be because his company does actual full roof installation. Cobex handled the changes in scope and worked with me on a budget I could afford.
