They won among 3 quotes, because: - they are the only ones who climbed the roof and really checked my gutters for a quote and told me what can be done and what cannot. - they are the only who said NO to my ideas and well explained why it is impossible/bad. For ex, why it is better to not fix the slope as much as I want - it will expose the house structure to water and I will deal with repairing the house then - they came up with a better idea of installing additional downspouts instead of fixing the angle of upper gutters and disturbing the roof.
