"Absolutely perfect. Eric and his crew arrived on time and were well prepared. Besides doing great work, they rescued a baby bird while using their bucket to get to the top of the tree. They trimmed the branch which held the nest and replaced it in a similar position in an adjacent tree therefore not disturbing the bird or the nest. After completing the tree removal, they cleaned the yard of all twigs, pine needles, sawdust etc and left the house and yard in pristine condition. I highly recommend Quality Tree Service. If you need tree removal, look no further."

"I have used Pacific NW Arborist's twice now. The first time, they removed two large fir trees, a maple tree, and a willow tree. The fir trees required the use of a crane. They spent one day delimbing the fir trees and removing the maple and willow. They returned with a crane to remove the remainder of the fir trees. All went very well and they did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess. The second time I used their services, they removed a large pine tree that had begun to lean and posed a threat of falling over. It took them about an hour to climb, delimb, remove, and clean up. Very pleased with their effort. All in all, I would highly recommend Pacific NW Arborists; very professional and reliable."

The general manager, Allen Wilson, came out and gave me a free estimate on trimming two trees that hadn’t been trimmed in 12 years since my father passed. The price was very reasonable for what I wanted done. He came back the next morning and did a fantastic job. I am very pleased. He was very professional and courteous, showing his expertise in tree trimming and showing respect for what I told him about my dad’s work by doing it exactly the way my dad had always done it, especially since I had no knowledge of what needed to be done. "Wonderful experience! All of the people we dealt with were friendly and professional. They came out quickly to provide a quote, provided the written quote quickly, and booked us quickly. Their price was very reasonable and comparable to or better than other quotes we got. We had the benefit of seeing them take down a huge tree at our neighbor's house and were impressed with their work. They did a wonderful job taking down our 2 trees, one of them was huge and was tight up against a corner fence, property line and street. They dropped it beautifully, cleaned everything up, and cut the rounds in pieces small enough for our neighbor to easily split up and use for firewood. "Brian provided estimate in February 2018. Advised us to wait till leaves were on the tree. Crew arrived on 6/7/2018 on time. Crew was extremely efficient and hard working with two climbers in the tree. Completed work in one day. All debris was chipped and hauled away, leaving our property neat and clean with no damage to landscaping. Brian was great to work with and the bid was very reasonable considering the complexity of the job. I would recommend them them unconditionally."

I just assumed that removing a tree was a routine endeavor for a tree service but once I spoke to Rob Dickson, the owner of Branched Out LLC Tree Service, I knew this project was going to be different and top notch. "Failed to return phone message first time (as did several others), arrived as scheduled for estimate, good disposition, not pushy, did not suggest unnecessary work. Said he would call me on Tuesday to confirm Wednesday work. Did not call. I finally had to call him on Wednesday afternoon to determine what was happening. Work completed on Thursday. During esimate visit, we had discussed removing dead branches of one tree and somehow that did not get into the contract specific. I failed to notice that omission and it did not get done. That omission made the cost non-competitive compared to other bids. Other trimming was as presented, neat, good cleanup. Stump cut up was left in ditch instead of felling in accessible, manageable location for our use (poor planning). I paid after completion, with the agreed upon understanding that he would return and work out a managebale solution for the dead limb removal. No followup action occurred, even after I called again and left a message. Poor followup and closure."
