"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"This crew is THE BEST! They will come and pick up your rugsâ ¦ even help move furniture off of them! They are very reasonably priced, super responsive and GET IT RIGHT! Their follow through is a incredible. Iâ ve had rugs in all sorts of states of grime filled horror and they always come back pristine. They call and chat about best ways to clean it to get my approval. I LOVE working with them and would never go anywhere else."

"Frank had trouble getting my voicemail messages and returning calls. It took 4 calls on my part and a month of time to get the job done. I was expecting much better communication than I got. The actual cleaning was fast and good. Frank and his assistant were fine. I did feel a bit uncomfortable with Frank's putting down the quality of my previous carpet cleaner. That was not necessary.
