"This is one of the BEST COMPANIES I have ever worked with! They are very responsive & HONEST!! - After they excavated the sites it was discovered there where Helical piers from a past job of theirs from many years ago... maybe even 20 years ago. Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. They covered majority of the pier sites under their warranty. THERE ARE FEW COMPANIES THAT HAVE THIS HONESTY & INTEGRITEY LIKE ACCULEVEL. Acculevel is one of the best companies I have worked with. "Marc and his team at Exotic Pavers completed, on a time, a fantastic paving job. Due to erosion, all the pavers had to be replaced in our front and back yards. The team was courteous, responsive to my requests, and careful with our landscaping and lawn. Marc offered great aesthetic recommendations, and estimated the job quite accurately. I had received 4 other bids for this job, and Marc's estimate and proposal was the most thorough. I would absolutely hire them again!"

"We contacted Molnar Construction for an estimate on our master suite addition to our house. At first, they were very professional, punctual, and responsive. They came out and took a look at what we were looking to have done, and said they would get an estimate written up. We waited. No estimate arrived. We called, but there was no answer. Left a message, but they left us hanging. It has been several months now, and we still never received an estimate, or even any contact to let us know they were no longer interested in the job. Seemed like a good company at first, we wish we could have worked with them."

"My service tech, Jordan Foy, called promptly in the morning and arrived right on schedule. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job installing my sump pump and the underground line. He made sure I approved of what he was going to do each step of the way. He was also very nice to my golden retriever puppy who wanted to be his assistant. "My initial phone call message was promptly returned and an appointment was set which Mr. Mollitor said might have to be rescheduled depending on a very large masonry job they were doing outside.  He did call well ahead to reschedule and actually came much earlier in the day than the time he had set and he called ahead to make certain I was home.  His crew, himself and two others, were extremely friendly & polite, removed their shoes before coming in and immediately set to work.  This was an exceptional crew, all of whom were knowledgeable and skillful in doing what had to be done.  They left the living room looking as though no one had been there except for a perfectly restored firebox.  This was the kind of service you always hope to get for whatever work needs to be done on your house.  The price was lower than what my expectations had been for the amount of time spent and the quality of the workmanship.  The cost was exactly as originally quoted.  I highly recommend this company and only wish I had known about them when we had our driveway replaced. <br />"

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."
