"Make sure someone is there for any changes that need to be made. My patio was going to be 20 by 20 if ended up 18 by18.5 he said they added more concrete to one area for the hot tub. We had talked about more there , but not cutting down the size. there was one area that I would like to have more of a concrete strip. Also no written contract , I had to ask and he wrote it out right there { after work was done]. I was not able to get off work that day so I could not ok any changes.Clean up was good."
