It was a small job on a brick wall that probably hadn’t had any maintenance in its 100+ yr life. I had a hard time finding other contractors given the tight timeframe so only had one other estimate to compare to. Based on estimator tools, it was very expensive. Ultimately worth it to me, and I’m happy with the result."

"Excellent! They explained why I could not get grass to grow well in my backyard: once they excavated, the soil contained lots of compact clay and rock, causing seeds to drown from watering. Once we locked in a date, they knocked it out relatively quickly, and gave me instructions on how to maintain the artificial grass going forward. "Matt called back quickly and over the phone he gave me an estimate for the cost of rebuilding my house's chimney. I had sent a couple of photos of the chimney. As he was coming over to the area for another job, he ended up stopping by and got a good look at the chimney - it would be easier to rebuild it than tuck-pointing it. He sent me a quote in email, which I agreed to, and he arranged to come over on the next non-raining day. They came as promised on the day, set up scaffolding and did the work efficiently.
