The people I spoke with included the following: Chris Cunningham (estimator) who took time with detailed answering of questions in-person and by email, had top-of-the-line follow up, maintained a positive attitude with numerous detailed questions (and returning in-person to show me the static vent they would be installing), and put together an excellent, easy-to-read proposal (the best proposal I received from several roofers); to John Frazier (Operations Manager) who chose the work team for the new roof and had excellent follow up with questions and resolving issues; Jose (headed up the work crew and worked on the roof); Sonny (follow up on bird spikes and roof inspection); Erica (billing); Diane (production); and Candy (administrative assistant)."

"I reached out to about 7 different roofing companies for what I thought was just a leak repair. Sam's A+ Roofing was the only company I spoke to that was willing to come and check it out. Mike came to our house the same morning I called. Turns out, we actually needed a full roof replacement. The price was fair and they offer financing, which made things easier. Mike also temporarily fixed the leak and had a crew out to our house within a couple of days. The crew was very nice and did an amazing job. They were quick and didn't leave even one piece of trash behind. I can't say enough about Mike and his team. Mike is an honest, friendly guy. "Pete and crew installed a new roof on our home in Auburn in 2008. It's now January 2020. Recently, I found a slow leak around the skylight they installed in my garage. After emailing Pete he was out the next business day to patch the leak. While here he noticed that the ridge vent that they installed in 2008 was an older style that could possibly let in rain if it was blowing real hard. His crew was out the next day and they replaced the entire ridge vent over 4 hours with snow on my roof. The leak repair, attic inspection and ridge vent replacement was all done at no cost to me even though the 10 year warranty expired over a year ago. Now that's what I call customer service! "I'm managing a townhome property in Seattle and none of the big companies I called were willing to come to look at a leak issue on the roof any time soon, as they were fully booked for the next month or so. A few were not even willing to work on a townhome. Marlon came by on the day/time scheduled and was very helpful, despite the somewhat difficult access to the 4-story roof. "Mr Ramos is a pleasure to work with.  I had used his services a couple of years ago to replace the roof on a sunporch, and was very pleased with the work they  and found it an  excellent value for what they did.   When I noticed that some roofing shingles had flown off the peak of our larger craftsman home,  I immediately remembered All Professional Roofing and Mr Ramos and called him to set up a time for him to look at the problem.  I was also thinking our 20 yr roof was getting to the end of its life,  so when he came out I asked him for a rough estimate of what it would cost to replace it.  After he looked at the roof climbing up and seeing it better than i can,  he informed me that the roof still had more life in it and did not need to be replaced at this time.   So he came back to repair the roof in a couple of weeks when it was  convenient for him to be in my neighborhood, which was totally fine as I appreciated his willingness to do a repair.   And I plan to call him a  few years when we do need to replace our whole roof <br />"

"Oh, The Joys Of Home Ownership We purchased our home in 2014 and since then there have been a series of things demanding our attention. This last winter (2016-2017) there were torrential downpours which brought with them two small roof leaks. So when we received an offer from Angie’s List for a new roof from Premier Construction Services, we decided to pursue it. Mike emailed me the next day to make arrangements to come out and take a look at the roof and discuss the project. Right away I could tell he was very passionate about his work and that it was important we thoroughly understood the different materials and techniques used to properly install a roof. He gave us several options at various price levels so that we could decide what would work best for us. We went with the TruDefinition Duration Shingles that come with the Total Protection roofing system by Owens Corning. Since we are on Social Security, this investment stretched our budget to the max. We are thoroughly impressed with Mike and his team, their professionalism and commitment to satisfaction. Now that the job is completed, we are very glad we listened to Mike and took his expert advice. Mike and his crew finished the job (32 squares) in 3 days including tear-off and didn’t cut any corners; replacing all the flashing, ridge and roof vents. During the entire process you could tell that it was extremely important to Mike that we were completely satisfied with the work and was delighted to answer any questions or concerns we had. "Two roof leaks in a very difficult area to access were repaired promptly and professionally. While they were on site they noticed the plastic roof vents for the bathroom fans were beginning to crack. they replaced all the vents with a higher quality steel vent. I have a large house with a very expensive "life time" composition roof, so I am very cautious about who I have work on it. I was very pleased with the work performed by Roofworks NW. They were always on time, professional, and easy to work with. The billing for services performed was very reasonable."

"I have a flat roof, so it had to be a torch-down, and I just couldn't get an ordinary roofer. So, I knew it would entail a lot. They were out here and gave me a bid, and they could do what I wanted, and for the lowest price. They came out and did three-fourths of it, and then they put all the edging around the outside of the roof. I had a problem about six months later, and it would howl when the wind blew. I called them and they were out the same day, and they knew what to do. They were just on their game. I thought that they would charge a lot of money because they had a full-page advertisement in the phone book, but they were the lowest."
