"Tim is a good communicator, keeping me updated as per his time of arrival. He arrived on time, respected our home by placing protective coverings over his boots without being asked. Performed tests to replicate and confirm the problems I stated and snaked the upstairs drain through the shower to clear the obstruction. His pricing is on the higher side curve for these services although we were very satisfied with the service provided. I would recommend and refer Tim Campbell to others."

"Terry made the initial visit to the house and clearly explained my options (find leak and repair system or install new system). Due to the age of the house (25 years) and the fact that my home still used the increasingly more expensive R22, I decided to go with a new system, after which he showed me prices for several options of brand name. Two days later Vic and James installed the requested system, cleaned the work area, and took away the scrap from the old system, completing the job before the day was over. Within a few hours, the house temperature was as desired. Terry, Vic, and James all answered any questions I had and were professional in every way. They all seem to be excellent representatives of the company."
