"Trent and his crew were all very professional and did an amazing job. Our addition had been started by another contractor several years ago but never completed. Trent made sure everything was properly done and if it wasn't his crews fixed what needed to be fixed until it was done right. After correcting the things that needed fixing they laid all the flooring, tiled the shower, finished the plumbing, HVAC, and wiring, put in the fixtures, painted, built a deck and enlarged our driveway , put in new gutters and gutter guards and some other stuff. The work is too notch and we wholeheartedly recommend them. Their customer service was also great. We have already hired them to do some painting, carpeting and repair work in the main house part of it to start in the fall and the rest early next year per our time frame on when we want the work done. Definitely a great company to work with and highly recommend."

"We had a technician come out to help hang about 10 paintings around the house and also to re-grout some bathroom tile.
I was very happy with the work in the bathroom. Overall, the paintings were hung nicely.
My problem stems from an issue with one of the paintings. Before the technician left, I checked over everything to make sure it looked good. I didn't see any problems, and he didn't alert me to any. About an hour after he left, I was in the guest room where he'd hung one of the paintings. I noticed that it had been hung sideways, that is horizontally instead of vertically. I took the painting off the wall to re-hang it vertically and imagine my surprise when I uncovered a large 3 in x 3 in hole in the wall (it looked as if he'd missed the nail and sent the hammer forcefully into the wall).
I was very happy with how Mr. Handyman the company handled the situation - they sent him back to my house two or three days later to repair the hole. I am also understanding that things like this can happen. My problem is how the handman himself handled it - by trying to cover it up and not being honest about it from the get go.
I would use Mr. Handyman again because, as I said, I was happy with the company's response. However, if I do use them again I will request a different technician.

They have been very responsive and cooperative and the pricing was more competitive than bids from contractors locally and in Northern Virginia. We are very pleased with the results of this small bathroom remodeling, which required some rescheduling due to a problem with the vanity top not fitting following a mistake made by Lowe's with their manufacturer. Once the job was finished, I had a few questions/concerns and they rescheduled the remodeler to return and take care of those concerns promptly. I had someone from their HQ call me directly throughout the process and very much appreciate that type of customer service and followup! When you find a contractor with this type of service it pays to keep their name for any followup projects."
