After contacting the provider, they offered to return to address the issues. I paid $350.00 at the time of service, as requested, and subsequently requested a refund due to the poor performance. I was informed that Royal Cleaning Services does not offer refunds, which I find unacceptable given the circumstances. This experience has been extremely frustrating,"
