"This is our second great experience with Exterior Medics. We had them do a major wood siding replacement project a couple years ago so when we needed roof repairs done, we knew they were a good company to work with. We were wondering whether there would be issues with getting work done during the Coronavirus shutdown or how they would handle it. The sale consultant set the tone early - no contact during the inspection process, Zoom to walk through the assessment and proposal, and no impact on the scheduling overall. They were trustworthy in providing assessments and estimates for different levels of work - a set of repairs absolutely needed to fix a leak, a set of repairs for other apparent damage, and a set of repairs to prevent future issues. We ended up doing a full roof replacement, a chimney repair, and gutter replacement. I am not going to say it was cheap - but it was a good value considering the scale of the job. We needed a custom skylight, which did lead to some delays, but Exterior Medics kept in touch regarding timeframes and were super helpful (and apologetic, although it was out of their control). Once the skylight was in, the scheduling was very fast. The job would take 3 days - one for delivery and the masonry work, one for the roof replacement, and one for the gutters. Even as bad weather threatened, they didn't panic and as the forecast turned out better than expected, they held to the schedule. The team worked VERY hard while onsite - not only did they work fast, but they were consistently cleaning up debris during the whole job. They also did multiple sweeps with magnets to get any screws and roofing nails. The job was completed exactly when expected despite some other repairs being required during the job. Overall very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work - it was exactly what we expected from past work they have done for us. We definitely intend to use them on future projects."

"They came out and did a full inspection of our roof and then provided a full report with pictures. They went over what they found & what they would recommend. You can choose to have the repairs made yourself or they will handle the whole project for you and bid out contractors & then make sure the contractors do the job correctly before they will sign off on the project. This is a great service for someone like myself that doesn't know how to roof a house or what a proper job really is. Great Service. i will definitely be using them again & would recommend them to everyone."

"From the estimation to the installation communication with the company was prompt and often. The roofers arrived early in the morning and stayed for well over 8 hours to get the job completed. They cleaned up well after each day. My only compliant was that the roofing crew did not speak English well so it was hard to communicate with them regarding access to our backyard. When they left I received no communication on how the job went, just an invoice from the company. The price was well within the estimation which was a pleasant surprise. I did find one possible issue, and am awaiting an answer. Will update my review once this is settled, and once we get the rain storm scheduled for later in the week-will see if we have any leaks or issues. Update As Of 04/30/2020: This is an update to my 4/28/2020 review. Thought there was an issue with my roof and there wasn't, received prompt response this morning.
