The door patch is hardly visible and won't be noticeable at all once it's painted, the door latches perfectly now, and the porch light works great. I wasn't aware that I could get a standard overhead porch light that was motion activated until he mentioned it and it's just what I needed. "I hired Alan to replace a badly deteriorated garage floor and to install a parking pad next to the garage off an alley. When he came to the site to give the estimate he also pointed out some failed mortar joints and significant stair-step cracking along the rear wall. In all, he and his crew repaired multiple sections of old mortar and replaced a rusty lintel; removed the old concrete garage floor; prepared the garage and exterior parking pad, removing dirt and a tree; formed up the new 18x18 garage floor and 20x20 parking pad, with a 4' apron; and poured the new concrete with appropriate finishes. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Alan and his crew were a delight to work with. He clearly communicated changes in plans to work around weather and set expectations on scheduling and how long it would be before the concrete would be ready to be parked on.
