During the first installment, there was a window that needed correction and this was done immediately. There have been problems with the doors and their correction was also done immediately. No other company was ever considered during our replacement adventure. We have been totally pleased with the product, installers and those who were called in to make the necessary corrections. We wanted this company to do all of this work so we could enjoy the product and the product would be a item for a good resale value."

"We hired Mr. Scantling and his crew to redo the drywall on a floor to ceiling fireplace and rebuild a half wall previously done by an incompetent contractor and to repair/replace bulging splayed corner seams throughout the house. I was very nervous because we'd had such a bad experience with the previous contractor but Mr. Scantling and his men did excellent work and were very efficient. They finished the whole job in just under two days while being considerate of our schedules (my husband works from home). They didn't mind answering all my questions and were a very congenial crew. But the best part (for me) was that they truly did clean up after the job. This was one of the cleanest home repair/remodeling jobs we've had done in quite a while. "Wes had to replace an old hand cut wood door for us on our condo - the historic property management has done a terrible job keeping up the building. Our door no longer fit the frame and we had large cracks inbetween the door and the jamb. It was an absolute mess that the management company painted and resealed over again and again. Wes ripped out all of this existing work that was done improperly, fixed the moulding and frame to be square and hand cut our new door. Our a/c actually cools the room for the first time since we moved in! There is no light peaking through the frame and the room is much quieter now too. We're so happy - I would happily recommend Wes and his assistant again! Quality work on a tough project and they finished before dusk that day!"
