"I hired Make it Drain to fix my leaking toilet because my regular plumber was unavailable. I spoke with the main office and was told that a repairman would be at my house within an hour. After an hour and with no repairman in sight or call to explain his absence, I called the office back. I was told that the repairman had to get a part and that's why it was taking so long. The repairman finally showed up two hours after my initial call and promptly left again to get another part -- for which he added an additional $50 to the original quote. "The line connecting my washing machine and kitchen to the main line was blocked; with water back up in the sink and washing machine. After an unsuccessful attempt to snake the line from the outside access, it was suggested by another that the clog couldnâ t be cleared, pipe was â done,â and the solution was to reroute the pipe for about 12 K! I called GMC, hopeful they could clear the line. Geremi responded immediately, quoted a reasonable price to unclog the line, was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave it his all until the line was clear!! His camera showed water running through the line after it was cleared, and his recommendation was simply annual snaking for $75. I was literally almost resigned to a huge 12 K problem and canâ t express how grateful I am that Geremi didnâ t give up and succeeded at unclogging this drain, and that I was able to see with his camera that the pipe was not, in fact, done. There were no added charges for the extra time or new snake blades it took to cut through this clog and no expensive and unnecessary recommendations. I now have a trusted plumber for life."

"They were very fast and had top of the line equipment but I feel like they overcharged me. They even did some upgrades on the sewer main. They were fast , efficient and used best equipment for the job. They put a big improvement by adding sewer line access intake pipes (2) so that you can now clear out sewer Clogs from the back yard intake access pipes without running a snake from inside the bathroom. They did a hydro jet clear out which was expensive but did eliminate the roots which were entangled in the main sewer drain line. That said they did charge very expensive for the job as it was financed thru Syncrony Bank and they did charge it to the max. I should have gotten a senior discount but did not ask as it was emergency rush job which had to be done fast. I Tried to have advanced mechancial do the job first as they are my preferred plumbers and are very reasonable but they declined to do job because they did not want to go up on roof. Then I called clearall."
