"Lon Smith Roofing removed old roof and replaced 36 squares of CerTainTeed Class 4 shingle. The seller Robbie H. was excellent and provided several different options and other advice. In fact the advice was so valuable, I did not even consider other roofing companies. When you receive really good advice, you know it is the right option. The crew stripped the roof and replaced it in one day. They came back the next morning to cleanup and did a really nice job. The roof looks great, and the color option suggested was the right choice. The inspector Keith came back later and reviewed everything with me to make sure everything was done correctly. This roofing company knows what they are doing, and I would use them again without question."

"We recently had our roof replaced by T-Rock Roofing due to the March 2024 hailstorm, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service stood out. Both Chris Johanson and Mark Strong went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered, and we were clear on the scope of the project, which included not only the roof replacement, but gutters, A/Cs, and other items damaged by the hailstorm. Since I did not want to have my new roof installed during hail season, they had no issue when I requested the installation date to be pushed out. They truly wanted to make sure me and my wife were happy. They also recommended Class 4 shingles which resulted in a lower insurance rate due to its hail protection. Their team was punctual and polite, and would have completed the work in the same day but for an unexpected thunderstorm that rolled in. Nevertheless, they made sure we didn't have any leaks and returned promptly in the morning to finish the job. The gutters were done the day after the roof was completed. When the project was done, Chris made sure his crew properly cleaned up our property, as well as our neighbors' properties, to make sure old shingles, roofing nails, and other materials were completely cleaned up. Top of the line materials: shingles, and gutters. They reworked and stopped a roof leak on our screened in porch that the original installation company never could repair. They did a power wash of our cedar fence and restained. It looks brand new!! We enjoyed getting to know our Project Manager Desmond and his boss Ryan. "Rosie and Margarito walked around the house with us in order to determine the extent of the deterioration of the soffit and wood trim. They even pointed out some flashing that was missing that the other companies did not notice. They replaced the trim, added flashing where there was none. They caulked all the windows and around the inset panels of the garage and front door, reinforced the porch panels that were starting to sag. Then, power-washed the windows and front door and garage door, and hand-painted with the perfect color of a well known brand paint. The house looks like new now. (and they did not leave specks of airbrushed paint on the windows, unlike a previous house painter we had before). And, I have garden all around the house. They managed to do all their work without damaging any of the plants. Anything they moved out of the way, they put back perfectly. They were not the lowest bidder, but they did superior work and used superior wood and wood composite and multiple coats of paint and were excellent to work with, very professional and friendly. I have already referred them to my neighbors wanting the same work done and will definitely use them again."
